The Humanitas hospital in Rozzano has chosen Tmodule technology to set up an area dedicated to the surgical treatment of Covid patients. The Operamed team built a 366 square metre prefabricated surgical unit, completed within thirty days, and delivered on a turnkey basis to the Lombardy Hospital. Inside the surgical unit, all the necessary services have been integrated, including changing rooms, preparation and recovery areas, two operating rooms, one of which is a hybrid facility with a control room, storage areas and pathways. The building construction is also totally prefabricated, from the external walls and structures, to the internal walls and finishes, including suspended ceilings and flooring. Antibacterial interior finishes have been complemented with the use of colour and images to ensure the most pleasant of working environments.
