For this project for the Hospital S. Agostino Estense in Baggiovara (Modena), Operamed has built a new hybrid room of about 75 square metres. The prefabricated operating hybrid room has been made with TrueSpace modular wall system and has a Corian DuPont finish, with modular panels 12 mm thick.
This system allows easy and quick installation and inspection and ensures the maximum quality,
durability and easiness of cleaning. The wall and all the equipment are shielded with lead sheet 2 mm thickness. Wall panels have been provided with Glacier White solid modules and technical modules.
Air extraction modules are made with a special fin angled at 135° to the wall and the air extaction cabinet in aisi 304 stainless steel and covered with a removable panel for easy inspection and cleaning Particular attention on the ergonomic details like backlit panels with customized geometric design, glazed modules with high-resolution digital print inserts and Strip Led. In the rooms there are glazed modules for multifunctional workstations and a special glazed module for a 85’’ monitor with digital print inserts. The operating room is equipped with air filtration systems that reaches the ISO 5 class for the most advanced surgical procedures.
The control window allows the staff to check and follow all surgery procedures in complete safety.
