Construction of a surgical unit consisting of 4 operating rooms and 2 surgical clinics, preparation rooms and recovery rooms. The operating rooms are constructed using the prefabricated Truespace wall system with Corian finish, complete with technical modules and graphic design features on glass panels. In the sealed false ceiling, there is a HEPA filtered air distribution system with recirculation which achieves ISO Class 5 conditions according to EN ISO 14644-1. The room lighting is fully dimmable and features RGB light fittings to create ambient lighting depending on the needs of the medical staff.
The preparation and recovery rooms are created using Truespace modular partitions constructed from galvanized sheet metal with an antibacterial PVC film, and are equipped with stainless steel scrub sinks incorporating the Operamed Crono Scrub feature, a washing time management system that ensures compliance with WHO guidelines. The sealed metal false ceiling is fully removable for easy maintenance. The main access doors for the operating rooms are airtight automatic sliding doors, with manual hinged doors for the surgical clinics.
