Operamed S.r.l. has adopted the Organisation, Management and Control Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

This decree introduced the administrative liability of entities, providing that a company may be held liable for the commission, by managers and employees, of the offences expressly provided for in the Decree committed in the interest or to the advantage of the Company.

A Supervisory Body has also been appointed pursuant to Article 6 of Legislative Decree 231/2001. In addition, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 2 bis of Legislative Decree 231/2001, the email address segnalazioni@operamed.com has also been set up to submit, in order to protect the integrity of the entity, detailed reports of unlawful conduct relevant to the aforementioned decree and based on precise and consistent facts, or of violations of the entity's organisational and management model that have come to light as a result of the functions performed.

The confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower is guaranteed in the reporting activities. The company also undertakes to avoid direct or indirect acts of retaliation or discrimination against the whistleblower for reasons directly or indirectly related to the report. Finally, penalties are provided for those who violate the measures to protect the whistleblower, as well as those who make reports that prove to be unfounded with intent or gross negligence.
