Next Fertility GynePro Clinic – Bologna

For the new location of the Next Fertility GynePro clinic in Bologna, Operamed was responsible for the construction of the block dedicated to Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), located on the ground floor and covering a total area of 90 sqm.
The project was carried out using the innovative TrueSpace prefabricated system — a high-performance modular solution that ensures elevated standards of quality, hygiene, and functionality.

The new healthcare facility, spread over two levels for a total of 1,200 sqm, houses administrative offices and the entire ART department on the ground floor, while the first floor is dedicated to outpatient services.
Operamed oversaw the entire process, helping to create a modern, specialized environment perfectly tailored to the clinic’s clinical needs.

A high-tech environment designed for fertility care
The ART block includes a modern 25 sqm operating theatre, a surgical outpatient room, a biological laboratory, and a dedicated area for seminology, as well as all necessary support spaces such as the scrub area for surgeons.

All rooms were built using the TrueSpace system, with internal finishes in antibacterial zinc-coated steel laminate — an ideal material to ensure maximum hygiene and durability, both inside the operating theatre and in the technical areas outside the block.

The operating room is fully equipped and integrated, featuring:
- Technical wall panels for medical gases and electrical outlets
- Wall-integrated monitors
- Automatic sliding and swing doors
- Technical ceiling with integrated lighting system
- Custom-made built-in furniture: recessed cabinets, dirty pass-throughs, pass-through windows
- Silk-screened glass panels for enhanced aesthetics and better visual comfort
- Touch screen control panel for easy and centralized management of all room functions

Fully equipped and functional external spaces
The areas outside the operating block — including the biological lab, seminology area, and service rooms — were also outfitted with functional furnishings, designed to maintain architectural and operational continuity with the TrueSpace modular system.

The result is a highly specialized, efficient environment fully prepared to support the clinical and biological needs of the ART department.
