Using turn-key construction, TRUMPF built an extension to the surgical unit at the Policlinico San Marco in Mestre. (a new floor with two areas, one surgical three room suite with high integration and the other for technical systems.) Prefabrication was used in all rooms including raised floors, partitions and prefabricated antibacterial ceilings. TRUMPF supplied all electrical, mechanical, medical gas, and equipment and furniture to service the surgical department.
