Construction of prefabricated operating rooms with TrueSpace silver ion panels, lead shielding, and humanized design.

For the Admiralty Medical Center in Singapore, Operamed has created three prefabricated operating rooms designed to meet the highest standards of infection control.
The rooms were built using TrueSpace modular panels with an antimicrobial finish infused with silver ions, an advanced technology that prevents the proliferation of bacteria and limits the growth of fungi on all surfaces.
Each room has a dedicated color theme and incorporates high-performance acoustic doors, complete with 2 mm lead shielding, which allow X-rays to be taken safely directly inside the room.
The aesthetic appearance has been further enhanced by the use of high-definition digital images printed on tempered glass, which make the rooms welcoming and visually harmonious for doctors and healthcare staff.
To ensure maximum diagnostic efficiency, each room is equipped with large monitors integrated into the prefabricated wall system and positioned behind glass panels, facilitating cleaning and maintaining perfectly smooth surfaces, in line with the requirements of a modern operating room.
